运用视网膜电图评价视网膜静脉阻塞的分期治疗

Evaluating TCM treatment by stages of retinal vein occlusion by electroretinogram

目的 探讨中医分期治疗对RVO眼ERG的影响.方法 前瞻性对照研究.收集确诊RVO患者99例,随机分组,48例对照组均予以复方血栓通胶囊治疗,51例治疗组予以分期中药治疗,治疗两个疗程共60天后,分别观察两组患者治疗前后ERG各指标的变化.结果 治疗后,两组患者视力改善情况相当.同治疗前比较,两组患者ERG b波峰时提前,组内比较治疗组t=8.159,P＜0.001,对照组t=2.096,P＝0.044,治疗组效果较对照组明显t =2.483,P＝0.017;ERG b波振幅提高,组内比较治疗组t=66.112,P＜0.001,对照组t=52.494,P＜0.001;治疗组较对照组效果明显t=2.548,P＝0.016;Ops总振幅提高,组内比较治疗组t=42.516,P＜0.001,对照组t=17.427,P＜0.001;治疗组较对照组效果明显t=2.480,P＝0.017.结论 分期治疗RVO对患者视力有明显的改善作用;分期治疗RVO对患者ERG及Ops有明显改善作用.

Objective To detect the changes of electroretinogram （ERG） before and after TCM treatment by stages of retinal vein occlusion（RVO）, for understanding the effects of TCM treatment by stages on ERG of RVO. Methods 99 cases patients who had been diagnosed RVO were gathered. The gathered patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. 48 Patients who were in the control group were given ＂Zhixue＂ oral liquid. 51 patients who were in the treatment group were given TCM treatment by stages. There were two courses o{ treatment, covering 60 days. At the end of the observation, the data of targets of ERG were collected and done statistical analysis. Results Both treatments could improve vision ability of patients with RVO equally. Compared with the control group. Compared with the control group, the data of targets of ERG were obviously improved in the treatment group. Conclusion TCM treatment by stages of RVO can improve the vision ability ohviousiy. TCM treatment by stages of RVO can improve ERG and OPs obviously.
