干眼协定方治疗干眼症200例临床观察

Clinical observation of dry eye cipher prescription in the treatment of 200 cases dyr eye

目的 观察干眼1、2、3号方治疗干眼症的临床疗效.方法 200例干眼患者辨证分为三证型,对应予干眼1、2、3号方,以泪然组做对照.疗程为4周.结果 三治疗组在增加泪流量、延长泪膜破裂时间、改善角膜染色及眼部症状（除眼畏光、红眼）方面优于泪然组,有统计意义（P＜0.01）.三组间比较均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）.结论 干眼1、2、3号方可增加泪流量、延长泪膜破裂时间、促进角膜病变修复,对干眼症有明显治疗作用.

Objective To observe the effect of the dry eye prescriptions in xeroma. Methods 200 patients were divided into 3 groups by syndrome differentiation and tear naturals Ⅱ （TN- Ⅱ ） group randomly. The patients were treated for one month in four groups. Results Three treatment groups were better than TN-Ⅱ in increasing tear flows and improving break-up tim of tear film and the cornea dyeing and eye symptoms（except photophobia and redness of eye）（P^0.01）. There were no statistics significance among three treatment groups. Conclusion The dry eye prescriptions can promote lacrimal secretion, lengthening break-up time of tear film and promote keratopathy plerosis and has therapeutical effect on xeroma.
