摄涕止鼽汤对肾阳虚变应性鼻炎大鼠血清中IL-12和GM-CSF的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨摄涕止鼽汤治疗AR的疗效机制.方法 在氢化可的松(猫恐吓耗子复制肾阳虚的基础上,以卵清蛋白致敏塑造肾阳虚型AR大鼠模型,予以摄涕止鼽汤进行治疗,采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测大鼠血清中IL-12和GM-CSF的含量,比较各组间的差异.结果 模型组大鼠血清中IL-12水平明显低于空白组(P<0.01),GM-CSF水平明显高于空白组(P<0.01);各治疗组IL-12水平明显升高,GM-CSF水平明显下降,与模型组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 摄涕止鼽汤对肾阳虚型AR大鼠血清中IL-12的水平具有一定的升高作用,对GM-CSF的水平具有明显的降低作用.这可能是摄涕止鼽汤治疗肾阳虚型AR的作用机制之一. Objective To study the effect mechanism of Shetizhiqiu decoction in treating allergic rhinitis fAR). Methods base on the hydrocortisone and cat intimidated mouse to make kidney yang deficiency,with the method of albumen protein to sensitization to make the model rats of kidney yang deficiency. Using She ti zhi qiu Tang to treat it. Using double antibody ABC-ELISA method to examine the content of IL-12 and GM-CSF in the rat serum,compare the difference between three groups. Results The levels of IL 12s in rat serum of model group is obviously lower than normal control group (P〈0.01), the GM-CSF level is higher than normal control group (P〈0.01) ,IL 12s levels of three groups are increased. The GM-CSF level obviously descents, compared with model group, there are significant differences (P〈 0.05 or 〈0.01). Conclusion Shetizhiqiu-decoction have a certain effect to increase the IL-12 level in rat serum of kidney yang deficiency type. It has obviously effect to descent the GM-CSF level. Perhaps,it is one of effect mechanism of Shetizhiqiu-decoction to treat allergic rhinitis.
