患部刺营放血结合中药吹粉法治疗急性咽炎60例临床观察

目的 观察采用患部刺营放血结合中药吹粉法治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效.方法 选取120例急性咽炎中医辨证为风热证患者按1：1原则随机分为患部刺营放血结合中药吹粉法治疗急性咽炎观察组及六神丸对照组.结果 观察组治疗1个疗程（3天）愈显率为73.33%,与对照组（愈显率为51.67%） 比较有极显著性差异（P＜0.01）;2个疗程的愈显率为86.67%,与对照组（愈显率为75%）比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 说明患部刺营放血与中药局部吹粉二者结合相得益彰,能迅速消除咽部肿痛,达到咽部粘膜修复,疾病康复之目的,具有起效快,疗效佳的明显优势,是治疗急性咽炎较佳方法.

Objective To obverse the clinical efficacy of blood pricking combined with applicating power of chniese medicine on affect area for acute pharyngitis. Methods 120 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases wered treated by this therapy and control group were treated by Liushen-Pills. Results After acourse of 3 days,the total curative rate was 73.33 % and effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group,are obviously higher than 51.67% （P〈0.01） and effective rate was 75%（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy has positive effect on acute pharyngitis.
