摘要
目的通过对豚鼠颡骨的三维重建,并测量其听骨链、耳蜗及半规管等结构,为相关实验研究提供一定的解剖依据。方法应用MieroCT对豚鼠颞骨的扫描,图像导入mimics软件,三维重建其颞骨解剖结构,并测量。结果通过三维重建及其测量的结果,获得更多、更精确的实验数据。结论该方法具备不破坏样本并比传统方法更能减少样本失真,获得等精确的实验数据,三维重建更能反应三维空间特性,对颞骨可视化解剖、动物模型的制作很有意义。
Objective Three-dimensional reconstruction of the temporal bone of the guinea pig, and measure their listening to the structure of the middle ear ossicles, cochlea and semicircular canals provide anatomical basis for relevant experimental studies. Methods The application Micro CT scan o{ the temporal bone of guinea pigs, image import mimics software, measure and three-dimensional reconstruction of the anatomical structures of the temporal bone. Results Obtained by the three-dimensional reconstruction of its measurement more accurate experimental data. Conclusion This method has, does not destroy the sample and reduce sample distortion than traditional methods, to obtain accurate experimental data. Three- dimensional reconstruction of great significance that better reflect the characteristics of three-dimensional space,and visualization of temporal bone anatomy,and produce animal models.
