摘要
医学人才的培养需要患者作为对象,但是伦理学要求提高医生或医学生的技术水平不能以经验不足伤害患者为代价。两者在医学教学中产生严重冲突。模拟医学教学可能是解决这一矛盾的最好方法之一。应用和推广模拟医学教学是伦理学的要求和必然趋势,是医学模式转变的要求,是低成本提高医学生临床经验的重要手段,也有助于提高教师队伍素质。
In medical education, the students need patients to practice and improve their professional skills. But ethics re- quests the patients' healthy must not be injured. This conflict has not been avoided in the medical education. Simulation-based medical education may be one of the most valuable ways to settle this conflict. It is a demand of ethics and the transform of medical mode. It can train the students' skills without high cost and improve the teachers' comprehensive ability.
