艾滋病教学改革的实践与创新

摘要 目的:探索艾滋病教学内容及方法改革的教学效果。方法:选择大连大学2006级一2009级临床五年制本科生,在艾滋病理论与见习教学中,采用改革后的艾滋病教学模式,在授课结束后通过调查问卷和统一命题测验方法评价教学效果。结果:教改后学生在教学效果评价明显高于教改前(χ=174.406,P=0.000),对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率教改前后均明显提高(P=0.000),但教改后明显高于教改前(★=69.898,P=0.000),教改前后的艾滋病教考核成绩有显著性差异(t=19.304,P=0.000)。结论:通过改变艾滋病的教学内容及方法,提高了艾滋病的教学质量,使学生能够更好的掌握艾滋病。 Objective: Explore the AIDS of teaching content and method reform of the teaching effect. Method: Choose dalian university clinical five-year undergraduates in grade 2006-2009. With the reformed teaching mode for teaching AIDS, at the end of the lecture by questionnaire and unified proposition test method to evaluate the teaching effect. Results: Education reform after the evaluation of teaching effect is significantly higher than before (χ^2 = 174. 406, P = 0. 000), the awareness of AIDS related support before and after reform were improved significantly ( P = 0. 000), but educational reform after the educational reform is much higher than before (χ^2 = 69. 898, P = 0. 000), the both of AIDS examination results have significant difference ( t = 19. 304, P =0. 000) . Conclusion: By changing the AIDS of teaching contents and methods, the teaching quality of AIDS is improved and the students can grasp the AIDS better.
