刘大松,湖南省眼科名老中医,主要学术思想：①注重整体观念：认为中医眼科学为集内、外科之大成的学科,因为在中医整体观念的思想指导下,运用八纲、脏腑、经络及六经、和三焦、营卫、气血的辨证方法,与内科等同;外治方法也包括手术及外用药及针灸等手法治疗,亦近似外科,因此中医眼科医师不仅需要扎实的中医理论知识,更需要过硬的内科和外科临床基础和技能.②善于审因辨病：外障眼病首辨六淫及病位,内障眼病重视七情及脏腑.③强调辨证论治：同时具有重视辛温发散,善于异病同治,注意顾护脾胃的辨证用药特点.

At the same time, Methods like surgery, external medicine, and acupuncture were used in Chinese ophthalmology,which is similar to surgical department. As a result,to be a Chinese oculist,it is necessary to possess not only solid knowledge of traditional medical theories, but also excellent clinical skills and experiences related to surgery and internal medicine. 2. Good at diagnosing sickness by finding the cause：for example,external barrier eyes should be diagnosed by checking the six natural factors and symptoms first, while internal barrier eyes should pay more attention to the seven emotions and organs. 3. Stress the importance of relativity., we should pay attention xinwenfasan, use same treatments to different sickness,and consider spleen and stomach when choosing medicine and drugs.
