摘要
目的 观察中药制剂补肺通窍鼻喷剂对变应性鼻炎豚鼠动物模型过敏行为学、红细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 用10%TDI橄榄油溶液建造豚鼠变应性鼻炎动物模型[2],按照人和豚鼠每千克体重占有体重表面积的相对比值计算补肺通窍鼻喷剂给药量,按高中低剂量分组予以豚鼠鼻腔给药,以曲安奈德鼻喷剂治疗组为阳性对照组,安慰剂组为正常对照组.治疗过程中观察豚鼠过敏反应行为学相关症状体征,于给药后第15天处死豚鼠,取全血进行红细胞免疫检测.结果 造模成功给予治疗15天后,各治疗组与正常对照组之间过敏行为学计分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),高中低剂量治疗组与曲安奈德治疗组之间无统计学差异 (P〉0.1);RBC-C3b受体花环率、RBC-IC花环率,各治疗组之间存在统计学差异(P〈0.05).结论 研究结果显示,补肺通窍鼻喷剂不同剂量组均能改善变应性鼻炎豚鼠模型的喷嚏、鼻痒、流清涕症状,增加RBC-C3b受体花环率、RBC-IC花环率,调节豚鼠红细胞免疫功能,与曲胺奈德鼻喷剂相比差异无统计学意义.
Objective Investigate the effective of the treatment with Nourishing and Tongqiao Nasal Spray VS. Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Nasal Spray in Guinea Pig Model with Allergic Rhinitis. Methods Establish allergic rhinitis guineas pig model of by 10% Toluene 2, 4-diisocyanate Olive oil solution and divided randomly into 6 groups. After making the model successfully, had the treatment with high, moderate and low dosage of Nourishing and Tongqiao Nasal Spray in different groups respectively, vs the Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Nasal Spray treatment group, the model group without treatment and the blank group. Observing the Allergy Behavior and evaluating the RBC immunological function by RBC- C3b receptor rosette rates and RBC-IC Red Cell Rosette Rates of Allergic Rhinitis Guinea Pig Model. Results After 15 days treatment, there are significant differences between the treatment groups and untreated groups in the allergy behaves (P^0.05). The difference was not statistically significant between the each treatment group (P^0. 1). The differences between the each treatment group had significant statistical significance in RBC immunological function(P^0.05). Conclusion Lung Nourishing and Tongcliao Nasal Spray has inhibit ameliorate the allergic symptoms, increase the RBC-C3b receptor rosette rates and RBC-IC Red Cell Rosette Rates , regulate the RBC immunological function in Guinea Pig Model with Allergic Rhinitis. The difference was not statistically significant about different dosages of Lung Nourishing and Tongqiao Nasal Spray comparing with Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Nasal Spray.
