152例糖尿病合并视乳头水肿患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of 152 cases of diabetic patients with the papilledema

目的 研究分析糖尿病合并视乳头水肿患者的临床特点及疗效.方法 对2011年2月至10月来我院行糖尿病体检并发现视乳头水肿者152例的临床资料作回顾性分析.结果 糖尿病性视乳头水肿程度与DR分期呈相关性,其发生率可随糖尿病的严重程度而提高;152例患者接受降糖、降眼压治疗3个月后,其眼底微循环得到有效改善,视乳头水肿得以消退,视力显著提高,86.1%视力达到0.6～1.0.结论 糖尿病性视乳头水肿多能得到改善且预后良好,糖尿病患者应定期行眼科检查,早日发现糖尿病性视神经病变.

Objective Analysis of the clinical features and efficacy of diabetic patients with papilledema. Methods 152 cases diabetic patients with papilledemain between February 2011 to October in our hospital have been selected, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Papilledema extent of diabetic and DR stage has a certain correlation, Its incidence will be increase with the severity of diabetes; 152 cases of patients received hypoglycemic IOP lowering treatment for 3 months and its retinal microcirculation has been effectively improved, papilledema can be dissipated, visual acuity significantly improved,86.1% visual acuity of 0.6 to 1.0. Conclusion Diabetic papilledema can be improved and have a good prognosis, Patients should conduct regular eye examinations, thus the optic neuropath will detect early.
