摘要
目的 以单纯高频电灼或球头硅胶管植入为对照,观察高频电灼联合球头硅胶管植入法对鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效.方法 收集本院1 69例185眼鼻泪管阻塞的病人,采取不同术式治疗,并按手术方式分成三组:A组:高频电灼联合球头硅胶管植入组,B组:高频电灼组,C组:球头硅胶管植入组,各组术后处理方案一致,术毕及随访6月后,分别对三组治疗效果进行统计分析,比较其手术成功率.结果 术后随访6月,A组56例62眼,失访3例3眼,有效率88.14%,B组57例62眼,失访4例4眼,有效率70.69 %,C组56例61眼,失访4例5眼,6月有效率78.95%,组间比较,差异有显著性,x2=10.03,P<0.05,提示高频电灼联合球头硅胶管植入组疗效明显优于单纯高频电治疗和球头硅胶管植入组.结论 高频电灼联合硅胶管植入充分利用了高频电治疗及球头硅胶管植入的各自优势,成功率高,是鼻泪管阻塞较为理想的治疗选择.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the nasolacrimal duct obstruction curing by high-frequency electrocautery joint ball head silicone tube implantation, and controlled with that of a simple high-frequency electrocautery or ball head silicone tube implanted. Methods The 169 cases of 185 eyes of noses and tear duct obstruction in our hospital were grouped by different surgical approaches. Group A:high- frequency electrocautery joint ball head silicone tube implant,Group B:high frequency electrocautery,Group C:ball head silicone tube implanted. There was the same treatment program after surgery and were followed up for 6 months. The data of treatment effect were statistical analyzed respectively,and compared the success rate of surgery. Results The patients were followed up 6 months. There were 3 cases(3 eyes)lost in Group A and the rate of efficiency was 88.14% ;4 cases(4 eyes)lost in Group B and that was 70.69% ;4 cases(5 eyes) lost in Group C and that was 78.95 %. The comparison between groups, the difference was significant, χ2 =10.03, P〈0. 05, suggesting that the efficacy of high-frequency electrocautery ball head silicone tube implanted group was higher than that of simple treatment of high-frequency electric and ball head silicone tube implanted group. Conclusion The surgery of high frequency electrocautery joint silicone tube implanted makes full use of the respective advantages of a high-frequency electric therapy and ball head silicone tube implanted,and has high success rate and is the ideal treatment option of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
