摘要 目的 观察研究芪灯明目胶囊有效成分葛根素对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)增殖模型和鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型的抗血管生成活性.方法 观察多个浓度下葛根素对脐内皮细胞增殖和鸡胚尿囊膜微血管生成的抑制作用,并对各浓度下各组模型的新生血管抑制率进行比较.结果 HUVEC实验中葛根组从10~80μg·ml-1均显示出明显的抑制内皮细胞生长的作用,在20μg·ml-1就显示出较佳的抑制率,达到25%;CAM实验中葛根组160μg·ml-1具有显著性抑制血管面积的作用,与手术组比较葛根组中高剂量具有显著性抑制血管面积的作用.结论 葛根素具有抑制脐内皮细胞增殖和较强的抑制鸡胚尿囊膜微血管生成的作用. Objective To study the antiangiogenic activity of puerarin in the proliferation model of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC)and the chick chorioallantoie membrane(CAM). Methods The anti-proliferative activity on HUVEC and antiangiogenic activity on microvessels in CAM with different concentration of puerarin were observed,and the inhibition rate in ench group was compared. Results The puerarin group in HUVEC model with concentration from 10 to 80μg·ml-1 showed inhibitive activity on the growth of endothelial cells, the obviously inhibition rate, which is 25% was observed in the group with 20μg·ml-1 puerarin. In CAM model,the group with 160μg·ml-1 puerarin showed significantly inhibitive activity on vascular areas, and the high dose of puerarin had higher inhibitive rate compared with control group. Conclusion Puerarin can inhibit the proliferation of HUVEC and has a strong role of antiangiogenesis on CAM.
