摘要 以BiFeO3和H2O2组成多相类Fenton体系催化降解孔雀石绿(malachite green,MG)染料废水。研究结果表明:当pH值为8.5,BiFeO3用量为0.8 g/L,H2O2体积百分数为1.00%,染料废水初始浓度为150 mg/L,温度为313K,反应时间为60 min时,孔雀石绿染料废水褪色率能达到99%以上。反应动力学实验表明该过程近似为一级反应,在313 K时反应速率常数为0.1062 min-1,表观活化能为40.886 kJ/mol。 Catalytic degradation of malachite green (MG) wastewater was investigated by using BiFeO3 and H/O2. The experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of malachite green solution( 150 mg/L) could reach up to 99% when BiFeO3 dosage is 0.8 g/L, H2O2 dosage is 1.00%, pH value is 8.5, reaction time is 60 min and reaction temperature is 313 K. Kinetic studies of the degradation reaction indicate that the decoloration rate of MG follows the first-order reaction. The reaction rate constant and activity energy are 0. 1062 min-1 and 40.886 kJ/mol at 313 K, respectively.
