橡胶轻集料混凝土抗渗性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究橡胶轻集料混凝土的抗渗性能,通过渗透高度法和电镜扫描试验相结合的方法分析了橡胶集料掺量、粒径以及橡胶集料混凝土抗压强度和孔隙结构对混凝土渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明:在橡胶掺量相同时,橡胶粒径越大,橡胶混凝土抵抗渗透的能力越强;而在橡胶粒径相同时,混凝土的抗渗性能也随着掺量的增加而提高;橡胶轻集料混凝土的强度与抗渗性能之间的关系与普通混凝土区别明显,橡胶集料密实了混凝土孔隙结构,使得抗渗性能得到提高;建立了橡胶集料混凝土渗透回归方程,可以估算橡胶集料混凝土渗透高度值,对工程具有实际指导意义。 In order to study the permeability of rubber lightweight aggregate concrete, through the combination of the penetration height method and electron microscope scanning test method to analysis the rubber aggregate content, particle size and rubber aggregate concrete compressive strength and pore structure of concrete permeability. Experimental results showed that in the same rubber content, rubber particle size, capacity of rubber concrete resistance to penetration of more strong;while in the rubber particle size is the same, impermeability also increased with the addition of rubber concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete strength has obviously difference with the anti permeability relationship the performance between the ordinary concrete, rubber aggregate, improve the pore structure of the concrete, impermeability is improved; the permeability of crumb rubber concrete regression equation which we can estimate permeability of crumb rubber concrete height value has the actual guiding sense to the project.
