锑矿浮选尾矿制备白炭黑的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以锑矿浮选尾矿和NaOH为原料进行高温熔融,经过酸化、沉淀制备出白炭黑,并分析影响白炭黑纯度的因素,如模数、酸化pH、酸化温度、陈化时间等,选择出最佳实验配方。对所得白炭黑进行理化分析,结果表明:白炭黑中SiO2纯度为97.08%,45μm筛余物为总量的0.143%,比表面积为138 m2/g,10%的悬浮液pH为7~8,加热减量为6.43%,灼烧减量为5.88%,符合国家水合二氧化硅的行业标准。 The preparation of silica via acidification and precipitation using antimony ore flotation tailing and NaOH as raw materials was successfully demonstrated. The best experimental formula was choosen after analyzing factors which could affect the purity of silica, such as the modulus of silicate sodium, the pH of reaction endpoint, the temperature during acidification and aging tine. The measured results of chemical and physical analysis of silica power were obtained as followed the SiO2 purity is 98.02% , the 45 μm sieve residue is 0. 143% of total, the specific surface area is 138 m2/g, pH in the 10% suspending liquid 7 - 8, loss on heating at 105 ℃ is 6.43% and loss on ignition at 1000 ℃ is 5.88%. All the rushs met the requirements of hydrated silica industry standards in China.
