摘要 反复多次的行车荷载作用和气候周期变化的不断影响,导致水泥混凝土路面经常发生各种破损,严重影响公路的正常使用。本文对矿渣基这一新型修补材料进行了混凝土配合比设计,得出修补材料、水、细集料、粗集料和外加剂的最终配比为:384.6∶153.9∶588.1∶1249.5∶3.09,转换为以修补材料为单位的配比则为:1∶0.4∶1.53∶3.25∶0.008,在设计过程中与道路常用的PO42.5水泥混凝土的工作性和力学特性进行了试验对比,试验结果表明此种新型修补材料可以满足道路要求,修补功能优良。 Due to the influence of repeatedly vehicles load and the environmental periodic variation, cement concrete pavement is damaged regularly and the normal usage of road is influenced seriously. The concrete mix proportion of a new kind repair material of cement concrete-slag base was designed in this paper, and got the Ratio of the final, repair materials: water: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate: admixture was 384.6: 153.9: 588.1: 1249.5: 3.09. Make the repair materials to be the unit, the ratio is 1:0.4: 1. 53: 3.25:0. 008. The workability and strength performance of this repair material was contrasted with the 42.5 ordinary Portland cement concrete. The good repair function and road performance was shown in the result of the test.
