摘要
以电熔棕刚玉、碳化硅、蓝晶石粉、α-Al2O3微粉、球状沥青等为原料,以纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,研究了蓝晶石粉加入量(质量分数分别为0、2%、4%、6%)对Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着蓝晶石粉的增加,1450℃×3 h处理后Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的体积密度减小,线变化率逐渐增加,中温和高温强度都有一定程度的提高,但加入量超过6%以后,浇注料的高温抗折强度会有所下降。蓝晶石作为Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的膨胀剂合理使用,可以减少耐火材料在高温和冷却过程中产生的收缩裂纹和剥落,从而延长耐火材料的寿命。
The effect of different amount of cyanite powders (0wt%, 2wt%, 4wt%, 6wt% ) on the performance of Al2O3-SiC-C based castable were studied respectively by taking the fused corundum, silicon carbide, cyanite powders, alumina micro-powders, globular asphalt as raw materials and taking calcium aluminate cement as binding system. The results showed that after the specimens were heated at 1450 ℃ for 3 h respectively, with the increasing of cyanite content, the bulk density of Al2O3-SiC-C based castable is reduced, linear change rate is increased gradually. Meanwhile the moderate and the high temperature strength are increased gradually. But when the addition of cyanite is more than 6wt%, the castable samples' hot modulus of rupture is reduced sharply. A certain amount of cyanite as expansion agent can effectively reduce the refractory materials' shrinkage crack and spalling after thermal shocking.
