摘要
利用9对ISSR引物对33份东方山羊豆种质进行遗传多样性分析,共得到110条带,其中多态性条带107条,多态位点百分率96.7%。东方山羊豆种质资源遗传多样性非常丰富,多态性信息含量平均为0.670,Shannon’s指数平均为0.557,期望杂合度平均0.380,遗传相似系数变幅为0.216~0.812。33份东方山羊豆种质资源在GS=0.42处可划分为三类,主成分分析与聚类分析结果一致。东方山羊豆不同地理来源种质相互混杂分布,种质资源间遗传分布与地理来源之间没有显著相关性。
Nine ISSR markers were adopted to assess the genetic diversity of 33 Galega orientalis germplasms,generating a total of 110 bands of which 107(96.7%)showed polymorphism.On average,the polymorphic information content(PIC),Shannon's index(I)and expected heterozygosity(He)were 0.670,0.557 and 0.380,respectively.The genetic similarity coefficients among germplasms ranged from 0.216 to 0.812.High level of genetic diversity was observed in Galega orientalis germplasms.33 Galega orientalis germplasms were clustered into three categories(GS=0.42),while the PCA results were consistent with those by the cluster analysis.However,accessions from different sources randomly distributed throughout the dendrogram with no significant correlation to geographic or source patterns.
