摘要
针对蒸汽喷射器传统一维设计理论和以试验或者FLUENT为基础进行单因素改变分析的不足,利用CFD软件FLUENT对蒸汽喷射器内部流场进行了数值模拟计算,并采用Workbench中的Design Exploration功能对喷射器的性能进行研究,综合考虑了工作参数和各结构参数对喷射器性能的影响,以蒸汽喷射器的工作参数和结构参数为输入变量,以喷射系数最大为目标进行优化求解。结果表明:经Workbench优化后的蒸汽喷射器的喷射系数相对于理论计算结果提高了46.26%,优化后的结构参数满足设计要求,该方法不仅提高了蒸汽喷射器设计的准确性和喷射能力,而且提高了设计效率。
As for steam injector,according to the shortage of both traditional one-dimensional design,and single-factor change analysis based on experiment or Fluent.This paper has done numerical simulation of internal flow field of steam injector using Fluent,studied its performance through Design Exploration in Workbench,taking into account the influence of operating parame-ters and structural parameters.To optimize,operating parameters and structural parameters are used as input variables,maximal injection coefficient is the object.The result shows:After optimization,the injection coefficient increases by 46.26%,and the optimized structure parameters meet the design requirements.This method improves not only design accuracy and ejection capa-bility,but also the design efficiency of steam injector.
