缬沙坦对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血、尿转化生长因子β1水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究缬沙坦对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血、尿转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法 180例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为早期干预组60例、晚期干预组60例和对照组60例;早期干预组疗程前12周给予缬沙坦80 mg/d,疗程后12周加至160 mg/d;晚期干预组治疗前12周不给药,后12周给予缬沙坦80 mg/d;分别在治疗前、12周、24周时观察各组患者血压、肾功能及血、尿TGF-β1水平的变化。结果 (1)缬沙坦治疗组(早、期干预组)血、尿TGF-β1水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),肾功能有显著改善(P<0.01);(2)早期干预组,血、尿TGF-β1水平较晚期干预组明显下降(P<0.05),肾功能明显改善(P<0.05),该作用具有缬沙坦剂量和时间依赖性。结论缬沙坦可降低慢性肾功能衰竭患者血、尿TGF-β1水平,且呈时间和剂量依赖性,可能与抑制慢性肾功能衰竭患者TGF-β1合成和分泌有关。
