摘要
因蒸压法生产高强石膏,尾矿率在20%以上,若丢弃,既浪费资源;增加生产成本,又造成新的环境污染。本文从研究尾矿赋存状态和化学成份着手;根据高强石膏在不同的外部条件下(温度、时间、压力、真空度)可互相转化的理论,采用不同的催化转晶工艺,生产出了超过国家标准的产品;经一年多的工艺性生产证明,该研究成果已转化为生产力。
The tailings account for 20 percent in producing the gypsum by the method of if we do not use the tailings again, it must squander the resource, form pollution and increase the productive cost. This paper studied the hosted state and the chemical content of tailings, and produced new production, surpassed the national standard, according to the transformation theory of gypsum in various conditions and using different arts of catalyst crystallization. It showed that the researching result have transformed productive forces after producing for one year
