听神经瘤微侵袭治疗进展

摘要 现代听神经瘤的微侵袭显微外科治疗要求在保留面、听神经功能的前提下,尽可能全切除肿瘤,同时将手术并发症降低至最低水平,以提高术后生存质量,枕下乙状窦后入路可安全而成功地实现这一目标。目前,国内外已广泛将神经导航应用于颅底显微外科的研究,并且国内外也已有听神经瘤术中神经导航的临床应用报道.神经电生理监测在听神经瘤的显微外科手术中必不可少,另外,为了增加肿瘤的全切除率,避免术后脑脊漏和减少术中损伤,神经内镜也开始辅助听神经瘤的显微外科手术。
