高尔基糖蛋白-73在大肠癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression and significance of Golgi protein 73 in colorectal carcinoma

摘要 目的检测高尔基糖蛋白-73(GP73)在大肠癌及正常大肠黏膜组织中的表达情况,探讨其表达的意义及在大肠癌诊断上的应用前景。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测30例正常大肠组织、43例大肠癌组织中GP73蛋白的表达情况。结果 GP73蛋白在正常大肠组织及大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为73.33%、48.84%;阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GP73在大肠癌组织和正常大肠组织中均有阳性表达,在正常大肠黏膜组织中的表达高于癌组织,在癌组织中,分化越差表达越低,GP73低表达可能与大肠癌发生发展有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the expression of Golgi protein 73(GP73) in colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues, and explore the meaning of GP73 in colorectal carcinoma and the prospect of application in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa and 43 cases of colorectal adenoma were examined by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate Of GP73 in normal colorectal tissue and cancer tissue were 73.33%, 48.84% respectively; there was significant difference between them(P〈0.05). Conclusion GP73 protein is highly expressed in normal colorectal tissue, the expression rate is much higher than in cancer tissues, with a significant difference. GP73 is expected to be a protect factor in the development of colorectal tissue.
