53岁肝豆状核变性一例

摘要患者女，53岁。2004年8月因“反复腹胀、食欲缺乏2周”就诊我院消化科。查体：皮肤巩膜轻度黄染，腹部膨隆，脾脏肋下4指，质地中等，无触痛，移动性浊音（＋）。辅助检查示外周血血小板及白细胞低于正常下限，存在低蛋白血症和轻度黄疸，凝血酶原时间延长。
