抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体异质性在类风湿关节炎的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 类风湿关节炎（RA）是以对称性多关节炎为主要临床表现的异质性、系统性自身免疫性疾病。患者遍及全球，所有种族均可患病。女性多于男性，一般女性是男性的2～3倍。该病可发生于任何年龄，发病率随年龄增加而升高，发病高峰在40～60岁。我国患病率0．320／0～O．38％，累及人口超过500万人。RA是一种致畸性疾病，在发病2年后，即可出现关节的实质性损伤，有较高的致残率和死亡率。异质性是指一对等位基因分别控制一对相对的遗传性状。
