年轻妇女子宫腺肌病行子宫成形术76例的探讨
摘要
子宫腺肌病是临床常见的疾病之一，其常伴有严重的痛经，经量过多等症状，传统的手术方式多是全子宫切除或次全子宫切除术。随着生殖内分泌学的飞速发展，现有许多体内外实验表明，子宫不仅是一个受激素作用的靶器官，同时也是一个功能复杂的内分泌器官，尤其是随着人们生活水平的提高及知识水平的提高，对生活质量的要求进一步提高，更不愿行子宫切除术。因此在有效治疗疾患的同时尽可能保留部分子宫对年轻妇女的身体健康和生活质量有积极的意义。本文旨在研究新型的子宫成形术对子宫腺肌病的可行性研究。
