48例复发性翼状胬肉再手术的临床观察

Clinical observation on the reoperation of 48 cases of recurrent pterygium

目的研究复发性翼状胬肉再手术方法及并发症。方法 48例(54眼)复发性翼状胬肉患者行胬肉切除、巩膜创面丝裂霉素贴敷联合角膜缘干细胞移植术,并观察胬肉再复发率及并发症。结果 54眼复发性翼状胬肉再手术后,随访9月到2年,再复发5眼,结膜肉芽肿1眼,巩膜溶解1眼,其余病例均为痊愈。结论胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉,再复发率低,并发症少,有临床应用价值。

Objetive To observe the clinical effects and the complication of the reoperation of recurrent pterygium.Methods Pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cell transplantation were perfonced in 48 （ 54 eyes ） patients with recurrent pterygium, the recurrent rates and the complication were observed. Results All cases were followed up for 9 months to 2 years. There was pterygium recurrence in 5 eyes, conjunctival granuloma in 1 eye, and no sclera resolving occurrence in any eye. Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cell transplantation is valuable for clinical application by low recurrent rates and less complication.
