摘要 波形蛋白是中间纤维蛋白的一种,参与细胞骨架与胞膜的形成。研究发现,波形蛋白在多种上皮癌中大量表达,如前列腺癌、乳腺癌及胃肠道肿瘤等,且参与这些肿瘤的发生发展过程,但是目前其具体作用机制尚不清楚。临床研究发现,波形蛋白能够作为肿瘤诊断与治疗的标志物,探讨波形蛋白分子机制研究及在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用十分重要。本文主要就波形蛋白在几种肿瘤中的表达及其对肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移的作用进行综述。 Vimentin was an intermediate filament protein, which was involved in the formation of the cytoskeleton and membrane.It had been found that vimentin abundantly expressed in a variety of epithelial cancers, such as prostate cancer, breast cancer and gastrointestinal tumors, and was involved in regulating the occurrence and development of these tumors, but the exact mechanism remained uncleared now. The clinical studies had found that vimentin could be used as a marker for different tumors in clinic. So it was essential to explore the role and molecular mechanisms of vimentin in the occurrence and development of tumors. This article was aimed to review the expression and function of vimentin in several types of tumors, and its role in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
