论研究本位教师教育及其理念

摘要 研究本位教师教育中学习项目是动态的,根据动态的教育结构而定,所有的教学均以研究为基础,组织活动提供学生在探究和解决教学问题时实践、讨论、决策制定和解释机会。研究本位教师教育对我国教师教育范式的开发和实践具有借鉴意义。 In research -based teacher education ,the study program is dynamically structured according to the educational structural system .All teaching is based on research and activities are organized to pro-vide students with the opportunity to practice argumentation ,decision making and justification when in-quiring into and solving pedagogical problems .As a great contributor to Finland’s educational success ,re-search-based teacher education is helpful and enlightening for the development and practice of Chinese teacher education models .
