公文文尾部分不宜称版记

《党政机关公文格式》将公文末尾包括抄送机关、印发机关和印发日期项目所在区域称作版记。在今天正式发出的公文上标注印发机关和印发日期无实用价值,而需要时标注的抄送机关项目实用价值超过这两个版记项目,按事物名称以其重要部分决定的惯例衡量,该区域用版记称谓不合适,改用按所处方位命名的方法称谓该区域为"文尾"比较恰当。

The Layout Key for Official Document of Party and Government Organs refers to the ending of official documents including the cc＇ d organs, the issuing organ and the date of issuance as the Edition Mark. It is impractical to mark the issuing organ and the date of issuance on currently issued formal official documents, whereas the practical value of the item ＂cc＇ d organs＂ , which is marked when necessary, overweighs the other two items. Judging by the convention of naming after the most important part, this part of official documents should not be named as the Edition Mark, but more appropriately as the ＂trailer＂ in a way of locality naming.
