自保护药芯焊丝中Cr含量对钢管焊缝冲击性能及组织的影响 被引量:6

摘要 从自保护药芯焊丝合金元素角度出发,探究了自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊焊缝冲击性能不稳定的主要影响因素。采用两种不同Cr含量的自保护药芯焊丝对同一种钢板进行焊接,对获得的焊缝金属进行了夏比冲击性能检测和金相组织分析,探究了合金元素Cr对自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊焊缝组织及冲击性能的影响。分析结果表明:焊丝中Cr含量较高的焊缝冲击功离散性大,且焊缝中链状M/A含量高。 From the perspective of self-shielded flux cored wire alloying elements, it explored the main influence factor on unstable weld impact performance of self-shielded flux cored wire semi-automatic welding. Adopting two types of self-shielded flux cored wire with different Cr element content to carry out welding on the same steel plate, the Sharpy impact performance test and microstructure analysis were performed for the obtainedweld metal, and the effect of Cr alloying element on impact performance and microstructureof self-shielded flux cored wire to semi-automatic welding was explored. The result indicated that the weld containing high Cr content is with large discreteness, and chain M/Acontent in the weld is high.
