新疆兵团防护林标准化建设项目检查办法探讨

新疆兵团防护林标准化示范团场建设项目,共涉及全兵团南北疆13个师的22个示范团场,该项目2010年年底立项,2011～2013年完成.在此期间,兵团林业局专门会同兵团林业调查规划设计院,制定了该项目的中期检查和终期检查验收办法,并分别于2012年11月和2013年11月完成了兵团防护林标准化示范团场建设项目的中期和终期检查验收工作.检查验收的措施和方法起到了积极的督促作用,有力地促进了示范团场项目建设进度及建设成效.通过分析和对比中期和终期两次检查验收工作,明确了两次检查的工作方法和侧重点.检查工作引起了师、团林业部门的高度重视,对本项目最终的完成起到了重要的检查督促、竣工验收、综合评价等作用.

Xinjiang Corps standardized demonstration farms shelterbelt construction project involving a total of 13 full-Corps southern and northern division of the 22 demonstration farms, the project since the end of 2010 project, completed in 2011 and 2013. By analyzing and comparing two mid-term and final inspection and acceptance of the work, two checks clear working methods and focus. Check the work aroused great attention divisions and regiments in the forestry sector, the final completion of this project has played an important inspection and supervision, completion and acceptance, evaluation and so on.
