摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定咳喘宁中桔梗皂苷D的方法.方法 采用以蒸发光散射检测器的高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈∶水（28∶72）,流速为0.9 ml/min,ELSD漂移管温度为70℃,气体流速为3.0 SLPM/min.结果 桔梗皂苷D进样量在0.513～10.260 μg范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.9996）,平均回收率98.44％,RSD=0.88％ （n=6）.结论 该方法准确,可靠,重复性好,灵敏度高,可用于咳喘宁的质量控制标准.
Objective To establish a method for determination the content of platycodin D in Kechuanning. Methods High performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector （HPLC-ELSD）method was used,the column was Kromasil C1s（4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase was acetonitrile ： water（28：72）.The flow rate was 0.9 ml/min, the ELSD drift tube temperature was 70℃ and the gas flow rate was 3.0 SLPM/min. Results The linear range of Platy- codin D was 0.513-10.260 μg（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 98.44%,RSD=O.88%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,good reproducibility,high sensitivity and can be used for the quality control of Kechuanning standard.
