无创呼吸机与面罩吸氧辅助治疗急性左心衰竭的效果分析

Effect analysis of noninvasive ventilator combined with oxygen mask auxiliarily treating acute left heart failure

目的 观察无创呼吸机与面罩吸氧辅助治疗急性左心衰竭的临床效果.方法 选择本院2011年6月～2013年6月收治的78例急性左心衰竭患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各39例.实验组给予无创呼吸机与面罩吸氧辅助治疗,对照组给予面罩吸氧辅助治疗,比较两组的临床效果.结果 治疗后,实验组的心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、SaO2、pH较治疗前改善（P＜0.05）,对照组的心率、pH较治疗前改善（P＜0.05）;实验组治疗后的心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、SaO2较对照组改善明显（P＜0.05）.实验组的总好转率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 采用无创呼吸机与面罩吸氧辅助治疗急性左心衰竭效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the effect of noninvasive ventilator combined with oxygen mask auxiliarily treating acute left heart failure. Methods 78 patients with acute left heart failure treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group （n=39） and the control group （n=39）. The experimental group received noninvasive ventilator combined with mask oxygen therapy while the control group was treated by mask oxygen therapy only,clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,heart rate,respiratory frequency, mean arterial pressure,SaO2,pH were improved in the experimental group compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）,heart rate,pH were improved in the control group compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）;after treatment,heart rate,respiratory frequency,mean arterial pressure and Sa02 were improved significantly than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The total improvement rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of noninvasive ventilator combined with oxygen mask in anxiliarily treating acute left heart failure is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
