摘要
目的探讨不同金属卡环作用于钴铬合金全冠时固位力变化规律及对冠表面磨损的影响。方法制作模拟天然牙外形的钴铬合金冠和钴铬合金卡环、纯钛卡环的标准试件,分两组进行1500次反复脱位和就位实验,比较两组钴铬合金全冠固位力衰减及对冠表面的磨损情况。结果电镜下可见纯钛卡环于钴铬合金全冠时的固位力、冠表面磨损情况均优于钴铬合金卡环。结论钴铬合金卡环、纯钛卡环在钴铬合金全冠上,均能提供足够的固位力,衰减剧烈程度:纯钛卡环组<钴铬合金卡环组;对于冠表面的磨损程度:纯钛卡环组<钴铬合金卡环组。
Objective To investigate retention force changes' law and the influence of crown surface wear when differ- ent metal clasp acting on cobalt ehromium alloy crown. Methods Standard test piece of simulation of natural tooth shape of the cobalt chromium alloy crown and cobalt ehromium alloy elasp, pure titanium clasp was made and they were divided into two groups,then 1500 times of repeated dislocation and positioning experiment were con- ducted,the retentive force attenuation and crown surface wear in the cobalt chromium metal crown of the two groups were compared. Results The retentive force and crown surface wear in the cobalt chromium metal crown of the pure ti- tanium clasp were better than those of cobalt chromium alloy clasp. Conclusion Cobalt chromium alloy clasp and pure titanium clasp in the cobalt chromium alloy crown can provide enough retention,deeay severity degree:the pure titanium clasp 〈 the eobalt chromium alloy clasp group; the degree of wear surface of the crown:the pure titanium clasps 〈 the eobalt chromium alloy clasp group.
