鱼腥草注射液在急性盆腔炎中的应用价值研究

Application value of herba houttuyniae injection in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease

目的 探讨鱼腥草注射液在急性盆腔炎中的应用价值.方法 选取2010年10月～2013年2月于本院进行常规治疗的39例急性盆腔炎患者为对照组,同时期采用常规方案加鱼腥草注射液进行治疗的39例患者为观察组,比较两组患者治疗后1、2周的总有效率及治疗前后的血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）及降钙素原（PCT）水平.结果 观察组治疗后1、2周的总有效率均高于对照组,血清hs-CRP、SOD及PCT水平变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 鱼腥草注射液在急性盆腔炎中的应用价值较高,可有效调节疾病相关指标.

Objective To discuss the application value of herba houttuyniae injection in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Thirty-nine cases of patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease who were provided with conventional therapy were selected as control group,and another 39 cases of patients who were treated by conventional therapy with herba houttuyniae injection at the same period were selected as observation group.The total effective rate after 1 and 2 weeks treatment and levels of serum hs-CRP,SOD,and PCT before and after therapy in both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate after 1 and 2 weeks treatment in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group.The changing levels of serum hs-CRP,SOD,and PCT after therapy in the observation group were all larger than those in the control group,which displayed statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Herba houttuyniae injection has a high application value in treating acute pelvic inflammatory disease,and can effectively regulate the related indexes of the disease.
