心理护理干预对高危妊娠产妇的影响

Influence of psychological nursing intervention on puerpera with high-risk pregnancy

目的 探讨心理护理干预对高危妊娠产妇的影响.方法 选择2011年9月～2013年9月在本院就诊的高危妊娠产妇112例,分为两组,每组56例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上予以心理护理干预,分析两组临床护理的效果及护理满意度.结果 研究组顺产率为50.00％,显著高于对照组的19.64％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;研究组剖宫产、产后出血、胎儿窘迫与新生儿窘迫发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;研究组的护理满意度为92.86％,显著高于对照组的76.79％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在常规护理的基础上给予高危妊娠产妇心理护理干预较单纯的常规护理具有更好的效果,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on puerpera with high-risk pregnancy. Methods 112 puerpera with high-risk pregnancy treated in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected and divided into two groups,each group for 56 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing,based on which the research group was given psychological nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction degree of two groups were compared. Results The eutoeia rate of the research group was 50.00%, which was higher than the 19.64% in control group,which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of preg- nancy,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal distress in the research group was lower than that of the control group respectively,which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction degree of the research group was 92.86%,which was higher than that of the control group （76.79%）,which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying psychological nursing intervention based on conventional nursing to puerpera with high-risk pregnancy has better effect than applying single conventional nursing,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
