舒适护理模式在脑膜瘤手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing mode in surgical patients with meningeoma

目的 研究舒适护理模式在脑膜瘤手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取本院2011年4月～2012年12月收治的74例脑膜瘤手术患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组36例采用常规护理方法,观察组38例患者在常规护理方法的基础上采用舒适护理模式,观察两组患者的治疗效果和心理状态.结果 观察组的住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率均优于对照组,且护理后的抑郁量表和焦虑量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 针对脑膜瘤手术患者给予实施舒适护理模式可维持良好的心理状态,积极配合治疗,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To study the clinical effect of comfortable nursing mode in patients undergone meningioma surgeries. Methods Seventy-four patients who accepted meningioma surgeries admitted into our hospital from April 2011 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In control group （n=36）,patients were treated by regular nursing methods,while in observation group （n=38）,on the basis of regular nursing,the comfortable nursing mode was added.The clinical effect and psychological state were observed in both groups. Results The hospital stay,hospitalization costs,incidence of complications were all superior to those in the control group.Besides,the scores of depression scale and anxiety scale were both superior to those in the control group with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing mode in patient after meningioma surgery can maintain a favorable psychological state and get positive support during treatment,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
