摘要脂肪瘤是一种常见的良性肿瘤，常见于躯干及四肢,但大网膜巨大脂肪瘤极为罕见。超声、CT、MRI等影像学检查对脂肪瘤都有较明确的定位价值。但是腹腔器官种类较多，组织来源广泛，
