超宽谱短电磁脉冲电场标准装置溯源及不确定度评定 被引量:5

摘要 针对高功率超宽谱短电磁脉冲(UWB-SP)电场标准装置的可溯源性和不确定度进行了研究,完成了UWB-SP电场标准的溯源和不确定度评定。分析了向脉冲参数标准、S参数标准、长度标准等参量标准溯源的可行性,实现了通过间接量的溯源得到标准装置的不间断溯源链。研究建立了标准装置的电场不确定度评估模型,针对脉冲源输出电压不确定度、脉冲传输不确定度、标准装置机械工艺及装配不确定度等不确定度分量进行了评定,并对各不确定度分量进行了合成,得到了标准电场的合成扩展不确定度为8.4%。 The traceability and uncertainty of ultra-wideband short pulse(UWB-SP) electric-field standard device was re- searched in this paper. There is no UWB-SP E-field national primary standard, we got the traceability of E-field from pulse pa- rameters, S parameters and dimension parameters national primary standard. The mathematic model of the E-field was estab- lished. We evaluated the uncertainty of the source output, the uncertainty of transmission and the uncertainty of structure dimen- sions, than we calculated the combined standard uncertainty. Finally, the expanded uncertainty of the E-field produced by the standard device was 8.4%.
