骨肉瘤相关因子的研究进展

摘要 骨肉瘤是一种好发于青少年的临床常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,其恶性程度高、转移时间早、进展快、预后较差,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。近来研究发现,骨肉瘤的发生、发展是细胞增殖失控、分化异常及细胞凋亡失衡相互作用的结果,
