全凭静脉麻醉与全凭吸入麻醉在诱导期对脑电双频指数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 脑电双频指数(BIS)主要反映大脑皮层的功能情况,可在日常麻醉中用于指示镇静剂催眠的深度及对麻醉深度进行准确评估,因而有很强的临床实用性。近年来发现,不同麻醉方式对BIS有一定影响,且BIS值过低常伴随血压下降、脑细胞供血不良和脑电过度抑制,
