摘要
以实验数据为基础,研究了电加热炉温度控制系统的数学模型,利用稳定边界法对闭环控制系统的PID参数实现整定。并采用MCGS设计监控系统界面,实时观测加热炉温度控制系统的温度变化。通过实验,验证了数学模型和参数整定的实用性和有效性。
The author of this has studied the mathematical model of temperature control system of the electric heating furnace based on experimental data,experimented in tuning the PID parame-ters of the closed-loop control system with the stable boundary method,and achieved the real-time observation of changes in temperature of the temperature control system of the heating fur-nace through the monitoring interface designed by MCGS.The experiments have proved the prac-ticality and effectiveness of the mathematical model and parameter tuning.
