An Analysis System for the Effect of Cerebral Vascular Disease Treatment Based on Image Processing

利用微软的DirectShow技术和医学数字图像处理技术,定量计算因脑供血动脉狭窄介入治疗前后病变侧和对应侧脑供血的改变程度,以及手术前后脑灌注的改变量,得到评价治疗效果的主要技术指标,为分析治疗效果提供数量依据。

This system,based on Microsoft DirectShow technology and the medical digital image processing technology,can make quantitative calculation of changes in blood supply to the lesion side and the corresponding side of the brain before and after interventional treatment of cerebral artery stenosis and the change in cerebral perfusion before and after surgery,thus providing main technical indicators to evaluate the therapeutic effect,which serve as a quantitative basis for analy-sis of treatment effect.
