摘要 论文设计构建了MCS912整车控制器的硬件测试平台,采用虚拟仪器文本编程语言LabWindows/CⅥ开发了上位机软件测试系统,实现了数据采集、图形化显示、分析、存储等功能。通过CAN总线实现了LabWindows/CⅥ与MCS912整车控制器间高速可靠的数据通信;多线程、ActiveX与数据库技术的应用保证了软件测试的实时性,实现了测试数据的统一管理、测试报表的自动生成。 The hardware testing platform of the MCS912 controller is built up according to the actual demandsof the project. Then the research develops the whole controller hardware testing software by advanced virtualinstrument technology text programming language LabWindows/CVI, the functions real-time data collection,graph and character display, dynamic curve plot and data saving have been realized. The data communicationbetween LabWindows/CVI and MCS912 whole controller is realized by CAN. The use of three kinds of keytechnologies Act/veX, Database and multithread has contained the real-time testing, generating the testingreport automatically.
