摘要
目前,在汽车车身焊接工艺中,已普遍应用了电阻焊、MAG焊、二氧化碳气体保护焊、螺柱焊等多种焊接工艺方法。随着焊接工艺的不断发展,螺柱焊具有全截面焊接、标准化作业、效率高和质量可靠等诸多优点,已经在汽车车身焊接工艺中得到广泛应用。
Currently, the automobile body welding process, has been widely applied resistance welding, MAGwelding a variety of welding processes, carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding, stud welding, etc. With thecontinuous development of the welding process, welding stud welding with full cross-section, standardizedoperation, high efficiency and reliable quality, and many other advantages, has been widely used in automotivebody welding process.
