摘要
大多数中小型民营企业一直未能有效的解决吸引人才、留住人才的问题,这严重影响了企业的稳定运营与可持续发展。通过对存在问题的分析,提出了树立科学的人才观、建立高效的招聘体系、完善员工职业发展通道、建立科学的薪酬绩效制度及全员推进企业文化建设的对策和建议。
Most small and medium private enterprises have been unable to effectively solve problems of attracting and retaining talents,w hich seriously affected the stable operation and sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of existing problems,the article proposes countermeasures and suggestions w hich include establishing a scientific concept of talent,building efficient recruitment system,improving employee career development paths and constructing a scientific performance evaluation system and corporate culture.
