Determination of Danshensu in Guanxin Shengmai Pills by HPLC

目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定冠心生脉丸中丹参素含量的方法.方法 色谱柱为Wondasil C18 Superb（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）;流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸（5∶ 95）;检测波长为280 nm;流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 丹参素在0.020 3--.017 0 μg（r=1）线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.06%,RSD 1.2%;结论本法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于冠心生脉丸的质量控制.

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu in Guanxin Shengmai Pills. Methods Danshensu was separated on Wondasil C ts Superb （4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm） column and detected at 280 nm. The mobile phase was methanol - 1% acetic acid（5：95 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1. Results Danshensu was linear within the range of 0. 020 3 - 1. 017 0μg（ r = 1 ）. The average recovery was 98.06% ,with RSD 1.2%. Conclusion The method was simple, reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Guanxin Shengmai Pills.
