摘要 目的 考察分析葛根汤颗粒一步制粒的工艺特点及影响因素.方法 利用葛根汤颗粒处方中糊精作为一步制粒底料,葛根汤浸膏溶液直接喷雾混合制粒干燥,一步形成颗粒,采用正交试验方法,通过考察葛根汤浸膏溶液相对密度、进风温度、喷浆速度及雾化压力,以成品率、含量和水分作为考察指标,筛选出制备葛根汤颗粒的最优工艺.结果 不同的工艺条件对该产品的颗粒成品率有较大影响的,其中浸膏溶液的浓度对成品率的影响最大、其次为进风温度和雾化压力,喷浆速度影响最小.因此确定葛根汤颗粒的工艺条件为葛根汤浸膏溶液相对密度为1.18--1.23,进风温度设定(120±5)℃,雾化压力为0.4--0.6 MPa,喷浆速度为(0.5±0.1)kg·min-1.结论 葛根汤颗粒一步制粒法优点明显,值得在生产中推广. Objective To study and analyze the characteristics and influence factors of one step granulation. Methods Use pueraria particles prescription dextrin as base material granulation step , pueraria extract direct spray directly on the dextrin and formed granulation in a step. We selected the best granulation process by orthogonal test method with studying the relative density of pueraria extract, in let air temperature, spray velocity and atomized pressure and yield. Results The different process conditions had a greater impact on the yield of the product ,in which the concentration of the extract solu- tion the greatest impact on yield, followed by the inlet air temperature and pressure atomization,and the last impact was spraying speed. Therefore, determined the granulation process of pueraria extract follow as : the relative density of 1.18 to 1.23,inlet air temperature setting( 120± 5 ) ℃, atomization pressure of 0. 4 ~ 0. 6 MPa, spraying speed of ( 0. 5 ±0. 1 ) kg·min-1. Conclusion One step granulation process for pueraria granulation had obvious advantages,it was worth promoting in production.
