麋鹿角的FTIR指纹图谱分析

The FTIR fingerprint analysis of Elk's antler

目的建立麋鹿角傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)指纹图谱分析方法。方法用傅立叶变换红外光谱技术对不同年龄阶段不同部位的麋鹿角进行分析,测定其指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价。结果初步建立了麋鹿角的对照FTIR指纹图谱。结论该法准确可靠,重现性好,FTIR指纹图谱分析方法可用于麋鹿角药材的品质评价。

Objective To establish an analytic method of FTIR fingerprint of Elk＇s antler. Methods Fourier trans- form infrared spectroscopy was developed to determine fingerprint of various parts of Elk＇s antler in different age. Similarity evaluation was performed to study FTIR fingerprint. Results Reference FTIR fingerprint of Elk＇s antler was formed initial- ly. Conclusion This method was accurate,reliable, and high repeatability. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy can be used in quality evaluation of Elk＇s antler.
